We are aware that during the last two decades, there has been an exponential growth in the number of automobiles in India to a greater extent, we are successful in enhancing the safety provisions in all categories of automobiles along with Bus Body and Truck Body Built on drive away chassis. We are aware that, Bus Body and Truck Body Building is carried out not only by few well organized sectors but also largely by small scale Industries and even road side garages. There is a need to implement Bus Body code and Bus Body Accreditation System to ensure building of Buses as per the stipulated safety norms.

We provide end to end solutions which include selection of worst condition, 3D modeling, FE analysis and certification from certifying agencies like CIRT and ARAI as per Bus Code, testing and approval for the Body Building of Buses as per AIS: 052 and testing and approval of bus seat and school bus seat as per AIS-023, AIS-063 respectively

Roll over analysis ideally no structural Main Pillars shall intrude into the survival space defined as per the regulation. The Main Pillars shall absorb sufficient
energy during a roll over event so as to protect the passengers. Hence the
roll over study is carried out to check if any member of the bus structure is intruding into the defined survival space.

Seat Anchorage test

Seats are designed in ergonomic manner for the purpose to achieve the comfort sitting facility for the passenger’s. The aim of the Seat Anchorage Analysis is to check whether the Anchorage can hold the seat to the vehicle structure when the prescribed load is applied on the seat for a prescribed time.

Bus seating system homologation

This standard specifies requirements of strength of the seats, The maximum displacement of the central point of application of forces in horizontal direction. The seat anchorage bolt bolts screws used to fix the seat to the floor
should not fail and cause the seat failure.

The purpose of the test is to demonstrate that the seat back can
sustain the reward force produced by the occupant as a result of
either a frontal or reward vehicle impact.

The head restraint can sustain the force produced by head
of the occupant.

The purpose of test is to demonstrate the ability of complete seat assembly to provide head protection for rear seat occupants in frontal impact.

The cushion insert must withstand a load of about 150 kg and backrest insert must sustain load half times the cushion insert i.e. about 75 kg.

A load of 60 Kg applied to the seat in the horizontal forward and backward direction.

A frequency 77.26 Hz is applied to seat structure with an acceleration for particular period.
